CANCELLATION POLICY

 CANCELLATION POLICIES READ CAREFULLY

For ANY cancellation, a $250 USD NON REFUNDABLE fee will be charged in addition to:

Reservations 1-13 days

Cancel 30 days before check in = 100% money received is refundable

Cancel 29-15 days before check in = 50% money received is refundable

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 14 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Reservations 14 days or more

Cancel 90 days prior to arrival = 100% money received is refundable 


Cancel 60 days prior to arrival, money received is 50% refundable 


THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the owner with the possibility of a credit towards a future stay within the next 365 days. Certain dates may not be applicable. 


NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS, EASTER BOOKINGS.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, NO SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS

Any cancellation requests must be IN WRITING and a confirmation of receipt will be issued. Refunds will be issued in USD.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance

It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of but not limited to family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.
